What happens during your free assessment:

I listen to the whole story — how long it's been going on, what you've tried, what made it better or worse, and what it's actually keeping you from.

I run a full exam — orthopedic and nerve testing, range of motion, movement under load. Not a quick look. A real workup.

I tell you what I found — in plain language, on the spot. No vague answers. No "let's wait and see."

If you're a fit, we schedule your Report of Findings — a second visit where I walk you through your diagnosis, the plan, and exactly what it takes to fix it.

If you're not, I'll tell you that too. And I'll point you toward whoever actually can help.
