Step 1: Free Assessment
You come in. We spend up to 60 minutes together, just you and me. I take your full history, run a complete hands-on exam, and find out exactly what's driving your pain and why it keeps coming back.
At the end, I tell you what I found. What's actually going on. Why it hasn't resolved. And whether I think I can help.
If you're a fit, we schedule your Report of Findings, where I walk you through the full picture and build your plan.

Step 2: Comprehensive Evaluation
This is where most practices lose people — and where we separate ourselves from everyone else in Irvine.
Your evaluation is a full 60 minutes. One-on-one. Just you and me. We start by talking through your history — what happened, what you've tried, and what your goals are. Then we test everything.
How Does Your Body Move? We watch how you move in real life — not just on a table. We find where your body is cheating to get around a weak spot.
Where Are You Strong? Where Are You Weak? The gaps between the two tell us everything.
How Much Can Your Body Handle? This is the test most chiropractors skip entirely. It's the centerpiece of what we do.
Where Does Your Body Break Down? That breaking point is where your pain lives.
What's Causing What? We connect the weak spots to your pain. Not theories. Not guesses. Data.
At the end, we sit down and walk you through exactly what we found, what's causing the problem, and what it will take to fix it.
By the end of this session, you’ll have clarity on three things:
1. What’s actually going on.
2. Why it hasn’t resolved.
3. Exactly what it will take to fix it.
Step 3: Your Plan
After your evaluation, I build you a plan. Not a menu of options. Not "let's see how you feel." A step-by-step plan based on what your body needs.
Day 1 is clear. We know exactly where you're starting.
Each session builds on the last. You get stronger, session by session.
Progress is tracked. We re-test with the same tests from your evaluation so you can see the change.
The finish line is set. You'll know what "done" looks like before we start.
I don't negotiate what your body needs. I tell you what's necessary, explain the timeline honestly, and lay out the full plan with nothing hidden.
Step 4: Rebuild Through Training
This is where the work happens. Every session is 60 minutes, 1-on-1. We combine hands-on chiropractic care, strength-based rehab, and real movement work. You get stronger. It takes more to hurt you. Your body starts working the way it should.
As you rebuild, something changes that rest and stretching can't create: confidence. You stop being afraid to move. You stop modifying everything. You start trusting your body again.
That's when we know we're close to done.
The goal is never to make you a lifelong patient. The goal is to build a body you trust.
