FAQs
At GG Chiropractic, we provide rehab-focused chiropractic care in Irvine, CA for active adults who have tried everything and are still stuck.
Below are answers to common questions about our approach, sessions, and what to expect.
I've already tried PT and chiropractic and nothing worked. Why would this be different?
Because PT and chiropractic are built to get you out of pain. Not to build you back up. You go in, the pain calms down, you go home. Nobody asked how strong you are. Nobody tested how much your body can actually handle. Nobody built a plan around what you want to get back to.
That's not a failure on their part. That's just what the standard model does.
Here's what's different. We test your body first. How you move. Where you break down. How much load you can handle before things go wrong. Then we build a plan to fix it — step by step, with a clear finish line.
If you've tried everything and you're still stuck — it's not your body. It's that nobody has fixed the right problem yet.
That's what the free consult call is for. One conversation to find out if this is the right fit.
How long are sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes and fully one-on-one with the doctor.
Sessions include movement assessment, hands-on care when appropriate, strength and mobility work, and a clear progression plan.
How Many Chiropractic Sessions Will I Need?
Every plan of care is prescribed based on your evaluation, movement capacity, and goals.
Some cases require short-term focused work. Others require a longer structured progression to restore strength and resilience.
After your in-office assessment, I’ll outline a clear recommendation and explain exactly why.
Do you accept insurance?
GG Chiropractic is a cash-based practice. This allows us to spend a full hour with each patient and deliver structured, strength-focused care without insurance restrictions.
We can provide a super-bill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Who is this care not for?
This practice is not designed for those looking for quick fixes or passive-only treatment. Our approach requires engagement, effort, and progressive work.
What Should I Wear to My First Appointment?
Wear athletic or comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We perform movement-based assessments and strength work, so avoid restrictive outfits.
Bring any relevant imaging or medical records if you have them.
