I listen to the whole story — how long it's been going on, what you've tried, what made it better or worse, and what it's actually keeping you from.

I run a full exam — orthopedic and nerve testing, range of motion, movement under load. Not a quick look. A real workup.

I tell you what I found — in plain language, on the spot. No vague answers. No "let's wait and see."

If you're a fit, we schedule your Report of Findings — a second visit where I walk you through your diagnosis, the plan, and exactly what it takes to fix it.
